Alloy Software Support Portal is an online service for Premium Support subscribers. Using the Support Portal you can:

• Check the status of a ticket
• Comment on tickets
• Download product updates
• Use the product Knowledge Base to access a comprehensive collection of searchable articles, answers, tips, tricks and solutions from our product engineering team
