Ordering with Purchase Order

on a corporate letterhead with the authorized signature to our sales team:

Please be sure to include the following information:
- Purchase Order number
- Quote number
- Company name
- Billing address
- Full name of the purchaser
- Email address of the purchaser
- Contact phone of the purchaser
- FAX number
- Registered Company Name (for reseller orders)
- Full name of the Registered User
- Email address of the Registered User
- Itemized list of the products or services you are ordering
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Failure to provide the above information may delay or prevent the processing of your order!
- Based on this information we will generate a formal invoice for your order. If you did not specify the
delivery method for the invoice, it will be faxed to the supplied fax number.
Terms and Conditions:
- All purchases are payable in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
- Purchase orders must be a minimum of $300.00
- Sales tax: If applicable, include 7% New Jersey state sales tax, or provide your tax exempt number.
- Payment terms are NET 30 for US customers (subject to credit approval), and 100% prepayment for any other customers.
- NET accounts not paid in full within 31 days of date of invoice will be charged 1.5% per month, 18% per years, on the unpaid balance.
Accounts delinquent 60 days from invoice date are automatically submitted to a commercial collection agency for further action.
Alloy Software shall be entitled to attorney fees and all collection costs. A 25% additional charge of the outstanding balance will be
added when an account is turned over for collection.
- Purchase Orders submitted via email are subject to 100% pre-payment.
- Shipping and handling charge for physical shipments: orders shipping in the US: $20.00; all other destinations: $50.00
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
