Seventh Annual Stevie® Awards Will Be Presented on June 22 in New York City

Nutley, NJ (May 20, 2009) – Alloy Software, Inc.™ a leading provider of service and asset management software solutions, today announced that it has been selected as a finalist in the “New Product or Service of the Year” category for the 2009 American Business Awards. More than 2,600 entries from companies of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted for consideration across more than 40 categories for this year’s award program.

The American Business Awards (also known as “The Stevie Awards”) are the nation’s premier business awards program. Alloy Software will be competing in the “New Product or Service of the Year” category for its Alloy Navigator Express product.

Launched in March 2009, Alloy Navigator Express is an integrated Help Desk and Asset Management solution targeting small and medium-sized business environments. The product offers an intuitive, easy-to-use approach in managing help desk, hardware and software assets. Alloy Navigator Express includes email notifications to help save time and enhance service delivery. The built-in asset management helps manage and control hardware and network inventory, as well as keep track of software licenses.

The ceremonies will be broadcast on radio nationwide by the Business TalkRadio Network and hosted by Cheryl Casone of Fox Business Network.
