Alloy Navigator Express 8 Question

Hello, I'm using Navigator Express 8. I attempted to consult the F1 help options to no avail, but you can't provide every bit of documentation with the product so here I am.

My intent is to see all my assigned tickets sorted by date, requester, and general issue.

Under the Dashboard, I have a section called "My Tickets." The columns are " ", Ticket, Summary, Type, and Priority. Since the information in said columns in generated by end users, I would LOVE to be able to translate them on my own without editing the content of said ticket. Even having the ability to add a 'created by' column would be much more useful than what I'm seeing here.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

If I understand you want to modify the view.

You can right click in the grid of any view you can select customize view and that will give you all the customization you could ever want - including adding/removing columns, highlighting, etc. Set it how you want and and then save it - you'll find those options in the right click menu.
