Attachment links at View Incident (Self Service Portal)

Hi All,

How do you configure / script "View Incident (Self Service Portal)" form to provide the Activity Num 1's attachment(s) made available for the user to reference?

Hi All,

I found a solution for it!!!!

To add in an operation in On Creation/Modification service action:
Update field > Set Activity.Published to 'True'


For those existing tickets - performed a batch SQL update:
update Activity set published = 1 where num = 1 and published = 0
