[Qns] How to allow SSP users to submit Service Request?

Postby rikiwu on Thu Mar 17, 2011 9:01 pm

Hi, I am quite new to this software, was trying to find out on behalf of my organisation.

Other than the default submitting of New Incident, is there a way/method that i can allow our SSP users to be able to submit New Service Request, after they log-in to their account?

Refer to the image below;

By adding another ASPx Button with "Submit a New Service Request"

I have been searching and reading of the Administration Guide, but wasn't able to find any.
Please assist.

Appreciate the help. :)

Absolutely, but in v6.1. You couldn't do it in v6.0.

Just create Incident Service Actions. You can have as many as you want.

Thanks.

Looks like there is a major change in it.

Please elaborate on how should I create Incident Service Actions?

Appreciate the help. =)

Under admin settings, blogic, incidents drill down into workflow actions and you'll see service actions there.
