Sending the audit request failed

Postby hathaway65 on Mon Mar 22, 2010 10:01 am

Hi,

I am attempting to audit machines when they come through the door. To this extent, I am using a prepared WinPE boot disk set up that audits the machines (or supposed to) automatically when you boot from a cd.
I am new to this process and have inherited this recently from someone who left to company. This is a process that was in place and was working??

The cd boots up and fires off an audit, but quickly fails and throws and error message: Sending the audit request failed. The request name is valid but no data of the requested type was found"

Any thoughts on what I should start looking at?

Thanks
