Open Email Attachments in Outlook not Express

Hi
Being a new user of Alloy I have what I hope is a simple question.

When working with Tickets, the email attachments is in an .eml format (Outlook Express) I was hoping that this could be in an .msg or .rtf format so it can be opened in Outlook?
I’ve searched thru the forums and Administrators Guide but unsuccessfully.

Our Alloy: Version: 5.3.0, Build: 509

Hi Tiemroth,

I'm guessing you're asking due to the feature in the mail connector job called "Add original email message to ticket/activity as attachment"? The attachments are created in .eml format and there are no options to have it create attachments in .msg format. Will add a feature request to our system to think about making it possible to choose the format.
