Implementing AN5

Postby C H R I S on Sun Nov 25, 2007 5:47 pm

My situation probably needs explaining, I have 5 States to rollout to, which includes internal clients, and technical staff, there will be 1 IT group per state(Level 2), as well as 2 States that have SW Development teams, and of course the Service Desk in one State.

How did you implement AN5, was gradual or all at once?

I am leaning towards a gradual release state by state.

Hoping for some help with people with similar situations and experiences?/

Hi Chris,
How many clients are we talking about? Are you planning on using the web client with AN5?
We have 200 users and we just installed the software, setup the database on the SQL server, did some internal testing within IT, and then sent everyone the URL to the web interface. Both clients and technicians use the web client. Easy as pie. Even if you had a lot more clients I couldn't see that it would be any more difficult. Does this help?
