Department viewing helpdesk topics

We want to split our view for an office location. This office location (A) has three technicians, the other location (B) has seven technicians. Office location A may only see their helpdesk items, not from B. Office location B visa versa. How do I proceed, setting up different departments?

I don't think I can split this view for example asset object. Office A has 200, Office B has 500 assets. Can I only arrange this to let office A only view their 200 asset objects and other related issues for Alloy?

In Alloy Navigator 5.2 there are a couple ways of doing this.

Under Roles you'll find a tab called Access Scope. You can use this to limit a Role to a specific Organization and also specify that a person only has access to what is within his own Organization. This covers both tickets and assets.
