Drive space other than C: for reports

Postby colin coulter on Tue Sep 05, 2006 5:38 am

Currently drive space on drives other than c: is held in a binary data field, (as with all the 'audit info' data), and therefore, whilst visible, cannot be pulled into reports via MSQL.
Is this possible?
Our development guys says no.

In terms of Alloy Navigator 5, this is possible. I'm fairly confident that this was possible in A4 as well. The data is stored in tables in the database.

Information in the snapshot is in the database somewhere when it imports. Have the person look to the following tables:

inv_drives_logical
inv_drives_physical
inv_drives_physical_partitions

Just to follow up, in A4 this isn't possible as the information is in fact stored only in a binary field.
