On-Demand Audit starts and looks ok, but no Data

I just finally got my On-Demand audit to work and now it seems that it "starts" and "finishes" but doesn't write any data to the repository and the log doesn't get updated.

I can run the ina32.exe manually and everything works out just fine. On-demand looks like everything is working just fine, I was actually pretty excited until I found that nothing was written and the log file hadn't changed.

Any ideas? Are there any files I can send?

Could be a permissions issue. Make sure that you configured the following permissions:

- Audit share: Everyone - change
- Audit folder and its subfolders NTFS permissions: Local and Domain Admins - Full Control, Everyone - change.
