ina32.exe conflict \device\harddisk0\partition0

ina32.exe is being remotely run using an automated script. When it scans this particular box, running Windows NT4 service Pack 6 the following occurs,

"The drive is not ready for use; Its door may be open. Please check drive
deviceharddisk0partition0 and make sure that a disk is inserted and that the drive door is closed."

In addition to this ina32.exe continues to run and the .adt file will not appear in the hosts repository until the program is shutdown manually.
