New to navigator

All feedback/advice gratefully received.

I am new to a business that use Navigator 7 but only for the basics (logging tickets and discovery tool). Are there any good help guides or videos to watch. I know the tool does everything I want it to do but am struggling to find more information.

Happy to be pointed in a direction.

There are a few documents on their support page, but it's mostly step based stuff. Their kb has examples of workflow that I've found useful. As for videos, I asked the same question and was told they are working on it. I know they do have training available, but it's an extra cost as with most vendors.

When all else fails, I'd recommend their support team. They are really knowledgeable, super helpful and have always helped me when I knew generally what I wanted to do, but didn't quite know how to go about it.
