Support Portal 2.0 Released!

The Alloy Software team is proud to present the new major upgrade to our Support Portal.

For those not familiar with the support portal, it's the area in which Alloy Navigator 5 customers can use to view or work with their support tickets, search knowledge base articles, manage support contacts, download software and more!

The following features have been added in version 2.0:

Discussions
Now you can discuss support portal articles and article categories. You are encouraged to use this feature to discuss articles and/or categories with other users of the support portal. You can also use it to post suggestions for further improvement of the content of our database. Please don't attempt to use the discussion feature to ask questions or submit bug reports.

This feature is available from the menu bar located at the bottom of article and knowledge base category pages

Feedback
If you would prefer not to share your feedback publically, you can send your feedback directly to the Alloy Software team.

Watchlists
Now you can stay notified whenever someone updates an individual article or adds a new article in a particular category in your watchlist. You can also review your personal watchlist entries under Customer Resources | My Watchlist

Password Reset
Now if you have the User Management permission you can reset passwords for other users in your organization.

This feature is available from the User Management screen.
