Asset Navigator 4.5.3 maintenance release is available!

Minor Changes and Bug Fixes

Web Help Desk

- On the New Ticket, Edit Ticket, and Ticket History pages, the new Browse button is added next to the Requester field to let you select or find the requester's name in a separate window.

- The New Ticket and Edit Ticket pages now open much faster, which is especially noticeable for databases with large Contacts tables (over 2000 records).

- The Last Modified Date is no longer shown in open local Knowledge Base articles.

- Fixed the issue with displaying ticket activities sorted incorrectly, which could rarely occur under certain circumstances.

Purchase Orders

- Fixed the issue with the wrong calculation of the Total Amount price.

- Fixed the issue with disabling the PO items functionality when you moved between PO records using the Next and Previous buttons.

- Fixed the issue with PO items not showing in new PO records copied from other PO's with PO items.

- The Company field on the Contract form is now hyperlinked. You can click on the link to go to the company's Web site.

Audit Loader

- Temporary files created during an audit data load in a temporary folder on your disk are now deleted after the load is complete. (Temporary files that might be created earlier in %TEMP% folder should be removed manually.)

Help Desk

- Now when you choose Actions>Notify the Requester/Technician by E-Mail in an open ticket, the subject field of a new email message contains the ticket number in square brackets followed by the summary.

Inventory Analyzer (ina32.exe)

- Fixed the issue with occasional inability to display certain audit file data (i.e., Installed Software), which occurred when ina32.exe was started from a non-Windows share (i.e., Unix or Novell file servers).

- The overall number of potential conflicts will reduce due to improvements in the conflict handling mechanism.
