Missing feature: Mail filter

Hello

Our corporate HQ sends out news mails to all company mail users on a regular basis.
We also route mails from a separat support mailbox to the helpdesk mailbox as many people already send requests to that mailbox. That support mailbox also receives alert mails from our Backup system and monitoring system.
This means that a lot of unwanted mails will arrive in the helpdesk mailbox and end up as bogus helpdesk tickets.
I think a mail routing filter is a must if you allow mails to be imported and converted into tickets.
You should be able to setup deletion of unwanted mails based on 'FROM', TO', 'Subject' , 'Message' .... content.
