Changing lookup tables, help desk ticket statuses

Hello,

I was wondering why i can't make changes to lookup tables, help desk ticket statuses ? - Some og them are marked as "System" and i'm not able to rename og delete them. The reason for changing these is that we are translating alle these fields to our local language, Danish.

For the Ticket Priorities the values also are marked as "System" but these i can change without any problems ?

You can't change it from the front-end but I was able to workaround it by updating the database directly.

The status codes for tickets are stored in the HD_TICKET_STATUS table if I recall.

I added my new status codes first, then replaced the old with new statuses in tickets using a SQL Update query, and finally zero'd the system flag so I could delete the one's I no longer needed.

Probably could have dropped the references first and updated everything but I know better now. :)
