Ticket Update Loop

When attempting to update a ticket via the Portal's 'Update Ticket' button, some users go into a constant loop at the 'Sending your data...' progress bar. The progress bar goes from 0 to 100% and continues to cycle 0-100% but it never updates the ticket. Please see attached image.

No idea what could cause that. Does it happen with any create action?

I'd get this one to support to check out for you.

This is typically resolved by deleting Internet Explorer's Temporary Internet files... For IE 10 > Internet Options > General tab > Browsing History section > Delete button > the only one which NEEDS to be checked is "Temporary Internet files and website files" > Delete button > restart IE. If this doesn't work, add the URL to IE's Trusted Sites.
