Search in WebPortal does not function

Please help me with this. We have upgraded to AN6.1 and planned to start using the TechPortal a lot, but there is one thing totally unexceptable: I cannot search for anything but the ID of an item.

I need to search for Computers, software, etc. How can we fix this?

How are you doing that? Guess you're using Go search.

You can use advanced search under Service Support in sidebar. Not sure why it's there and not somewhere else.
