Email incident creation to ignore certain email addresses

Is there a way to have the email service Action for new incidents create an incident in alloy as usual but NOT email the requester on creation for only certain email addresses? We have a few people that do not want to get an email creation message and a few others we don't want it to send one.

I thought I knew how to do this but doesn't quite work.

Thanks in advance,

Jason

Hi yes this is possible to do it. You have to add IF in programming before email function and there in this IF add something like that requester.Primary Email does not equal do_not_sen_me@test.com
So this means if someone is not match send email if not do not send.

Of course this will be ok for few persons but if you have more add from Active Directory special fields. For example in my company we are working in all Europe so we have to send emails in local language so I make something like that, iI take form AD field COUNTRY and in IF section alloys check from what country request comes and sending e-mail in local language. If someone comes for example from Poland he will get polish email, if from Czech, Czech version, etc. You can create something similar to do not send mails.
