Cannot post new articles to knowledgebase

We are using Alloy Navigator (6.1.1) for our helpdesk, and I am unable to post new articles to our knowledgebase. I attached a screenshot of what it looks like when I try to post one. Are there some settings that need to be changed in order to post?

There could be a few reasons why nothing shows up there. Either no create actions exist (they were removed), you don't have rights to them or someone set conditions to suppress them.

I'd go into admin settings under business logic, kb, workflow, create actions etc and see if any exist. If they do, open the up and go to the conditions tab. If roles are assigned are you in any of those roles? If so, are there conditions set at the bottom of that tab?
