Auto-close tickets marked "Resolved"

How can i go about setting a job/trigger to automatically closed tickets that are marked resolved? Thanks!

You want to use an on-condition trigger. You'll find them in admin settings under the object > workflow > triggers. Just setup conditions to work as you'd like.

I use the following conditions (close tickets in resolved if unmodified for 2 weeks):
Modified Date is at least 14 days before <NOW>
Status equals Resolved

Then just have an operation set status to closed and whatever other fields you want to set.
