System Log Failure to send notification ?

In my system log I have entries which indicate that the Automation Server can not send a notification to a user, there is a column with a "Record ID", how do I cross reference the record id with an event to figure out what user is unknown.

hmm, I would track it down to find out what workflow is sending that email. it sounds to me like in the TO: field of the email notification you may be using the wrong field. you can't use [Requester.ID] for instance. you have to use [Requester].[Email] or whatever it is.
