Adding a new Incident Type

Currently, I can choose the following from the Incident Type: Issue, Request, How-To

I would like to add a new Type to track the SLAs on our Projects (yes - I know there is a Project function, but it does not do what I want).

How do I edit the Incident table to add this item? I have been all through the admin settings trying to find out how to do it with no luck.

Figured this one out on my own! Amazing what reading the manual will do for you....

Business Logic Configuration > By Module > Classification > Types

I also had to add in the cooresponding Templates and Forms. :D
