Time Spent

Hello,
In my "canned" reports, there is a total for "time spent" at the end. Currently, this defaults to a 24 hr day.

Is there a way to change the units to stay at "x hours" instead of going to days? Or to set it up as an 8 hr day?

Also, it appears that at this time there is no difference between "Time spent" and "Cumulative time spent". Do they plan to fix this in the future?

There may not appear to be a difference but there is. The time spent is the time spent for that specific ticket. Cumulative time spent is the time spent for that specific ticket plus the time spent for any subordinate tickets. For instance, incident + work order time spent.

As far as the report, I'd have a look, but which one?
