Services and SLA's best practices

I was looking for some insight on the best way to set up our services and SLA's. WE have seven services in our service catalog and I have added these as services to alloy navigator. However many of these services share the same response and resolution SLA's. It appears to me in alloy navigator that services and SLA's have a one to one relationship and service levels must be set for each service. I really don't want to set up the service level grid exactly the same 7 times. Anyone have any experience or advice on this one?

good question. I just created all mine over again. I notice copying services doesn't copy the service level either. I don't think you can get around it.
