Upon testing the self service web portal we have discovered a possible bug. we have many KB Articles with the public check box cleared but they are still showing within the self service portal for not technician users to browse. If we mark the category as internal, then the whole group disappears, but that does not solve the issue if we have specific articles for a category that we do not want public.
