"User" field data not being displayed

I have just installed Asset Navigator V. 2.510. I have imported some audit files. When I show the column \"User\" in the computer list window, the User name is not being displayed for any of the computers. Why is that. I do believe it was working in a previous version that I tried.

It is possible that the user name is not there and we would like to check that. For instance, if you are running audit in Silent mode and your users have never entered this information then the user name field might remain blank.

Please send a few .adt files to our support team at support@a-navigator.com for analysis.
