On-Demand Audit Error

First, let me say we have 75 machines we're auditing, so I know things work. The problem I'm having is with one machine that was being audited as expected. I replaced the motherboard, and now I'm getting the "Error connecting to remote computer. Access is denied" error.
I've checked the registry for the correct "everyoneincludesanonymous 1", and "restrictanonymous 0".
The hard drive is the same as with the original motherboard; in other words, I didn't reinstall XP. So all the files are untouched.
What gives????

This issue seems to happen for a few reasons and is generally a configuration issue.

It could be an issue with the administrative account used for on-demand auditing and/or insufficient WMI security settings on the client machine.

I would take a look at the documentation (Getting Started Guide for ANI, section 'On-Demand Auditing'). It's in the Windows Start Menu under Alloy Software. If you read that and still don't find your answer, get in touch with us via regular support channels so we can help you troubleshoot.
