Custom buttons (shortcuts) to Templates

It would be dead useful for us if once we have created template tickets (incidents in our case) we could have a custom button on the incidents menu bar.

We log all our incidents through a custom incident template and we do log a lot of calls, so it would be fantastic if the staff could just press "Template X" and launch the appropriate template, rather than having to press New - From Template - Double-click-appropriate-template.

Sounds like a small thing and I suppose it is, but I think it makes a big difference to how happy our staff are using the system.

The "New" button creates new incident using template marked as "Default" by user. If no templates marked as "Default" - template marked as "System" applied.

If you use only one sort of templates for all incidents this can be useful for you so user will just press 'New" button.

Of course, if you need to select other template you still need to invoke 'Select Template" dialog.
