My company has just started using the Alloy program. I have sent several emails, no replies. I have been reading the boards and notice there are few answers or issues resolved. Is this the norm?

FYI, I only see one ticket in the system from you (R54587) which was created today regarding issues accessing the Support Portal. We've just replied with your login information.
