On demand Audit Issues

HI All

I am a novice to the Network Inventory application. When i try to run the Audit on demand I get the following errors, Error connecting to remote computer = access is denied and Error connecting to remote computer = the rpc server is unavailble. The remote computer is running Windows XP.

Can anyone help.

To troubleshoot the RPC related error messages try to check the following on the client computer:
1. Make sure the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service is started
2. Make sure that TCP port 135 is available
3. Make sure no group policy RPC restrictions are applied
