Drag n' Drop Screenshots into HelpDesk Tickets

Often when we get a email from a user they'll send us a screenshot of the error message/etc that they recieved. It'd be nice if you could just drag n' drop a picture into the Ticket window, and have AN automaticlly attach it to the ticket.

Mail Connector (available in Enterprise Edition) is already capable of handling attachments of tickets submitted via email.
