I got the audit in the NT login script, and it runs, but it opens a big, dumb, black DOS box that stays open. I want it to run INVISIBLY on login. We tried several differnt scripting tricks, including a link or PIF to no avail. Anyone have experience with this issue?

Are you using the 'start' command to run ina32.exe? If so pass the /B switch to start. Essentially this is the silent switch for start. See 'start /?' for further details.
