User name not appearing in Help Desk Request List...

Postby bfreeman on Wed Jun 05, 2002 10:16 am

I have audited this users PC and the name shows up both in the ANAV and NETINV program. But when I point to the server for the help desk request form, the user is not showing up in the list for users to pick from... any idea? Please let me know. thanks.

Sorry but I thought at least someone could use this information.

When you create a new database and use, but then decide to use a new one that\'s totally blank, make sure you change the settings for the \'setting.inc\' file located on the web server folder....

Just thought someone could use this information...

You are correct, settings.inc file defines the full path and name for the database file used by the Help Desk web interface.
