Attempting to run Network Inventory Navigator on a Windows 98 PC
generated the following error message:

The NINAP.EXE file is linked to missing export

Unable to execute file:

C:Program FilesA-Navigator.comNetwork InventorybinNinaP.exe

CreateProcess failed - code 31
A device attached to the system is not functioning

Any thoughts or ideas?

Apparently you are using a very old version of Internet Explorer on that machine.
As a standalone download, you may obtain a copy of updated COMCTL32.DLL from ... comupd.exe

or ... x,1,00.asp
