Audits with Network Inventory

We purchased both network inventory and asset navigator and have deployed both. Asset navigator has inventoried about 90 computers out of about 110. Network inventory has only done about 35. They are both deployed to a shared directory called \"inventory\", but in seperate sub folders called \"asset\" and \"network\". Do you know why Network inventory has only audited 35 computers. It has been deployed for 4 days.

First of all you need to make sure the login script is being executed on those machines that missed the audit. Try adding a command to put the time, and machine name in a log file when the login script runs and then check what computers are missing - it is possible that the login script never executes on those.
