Default Printer

I am currently evaluating Network Inventory Nav 1.5 for our company and ran across a small problem. I have it setup for the ina32.exe to run from a Novell login script. When I tried logging into a desktop everything goes very well. Our company however has a number of Citrix/ NT 4.0 Terminal servers. When I log into these servers the novell login script is processed and the ina32.exe is run. During the inventory I receive the error, \"TPrinters.GetInfo: There is no default printer currently selected.\" This is a problem for our company because setting a default printer on terminal servers will cause other problems for users. I would like to know if there is a way to keep it from looking for a default printer? So far I have found your software superior to others I have evaluated. If we can get around this problem we would definitely be interested in purchasing your software.

Our technical team is currently working to resolve this issue. We are planning on including the fix in the upcoming release of the next version (estimated release date 01/18/02)
