Alloy Discovery 5 - no export options in reports

Postby jomsi on Mon Aug 08, 2011 11:29 pm

I have created a custom report within Alloy Discovery 5 (FastReport version 4.7.37) but when I preview the report, there is no 'Export' icon and 'Save As' only gives me the option of saving as a .fp3 file - how can I export the report data to Excel?

I still have 5 kickin around so I took a look and I have export options when I run a report. I ran the Top 10 Software report and on the toolbar I have an option that says export. Underneath it says PDF, HTML, RTF, Excel (XML), CSV and TEXT.

Do you not see these options?

Are you using v5.1.1?

Here's what I see. Are you looking in the right place?

 I don't have any idea at all why you wouldn't see the option unless you have a different version. I'd contact support about it. Strange.
