Cannot remotely scan some laptops

Hi, I'm using the trial version; 5.0.2, build 1238. I get this error on some computers when I run Audit > Audit Computer by Name/IP. Using both IP and computer name, At first, I thought it was possibly the windows firewall, but I disabled that and the error still shows up.

Failed: Error connecting to host (Error: 53. The network path was not found)

You'll want to see the following kb article:

Typically this is due to name resolution issues, having File & Printer Sharing disabled on the remote machine or having Ports 139 and 445 (TCP and UDP) blocked.
