Local Adminstrator Right affects Audit on IBM PC

I have just found out that if the user have the local administrator right, the Product Number and Serial Number of IBM ThinkPad and ThinkCenter can be audit by Ina32.exe. But if the user right limited to Power User, the PN and SN will be blank.

Can someone give me a solution for this issue?

We had tested both on Windows 2000 and XP machines. And both in NT domain and AD environment.

We don’t have IBM ThinkPad and/or ThinkCenter machines in our test lab. Please email support (support@alloy-sftware.com) for troubleshooting instructions.
