In some cases ina32 does not bring user information, most cases first audit. User name and logged user are blank. Ina32 is run at logon script, so someone is logged.
Have you heard about this?
Thanks

Seems like you checked option 'Ignore new Users in the audit data' under Administrative Settings > Loading Collected Data > General and if so - this behavior is expected.

That option is not checked, thru ina32 we realized that there were users not registered or bad registered. Its strange, but... look at this situation: sometimes when a user is able to login, the operating system is still loading. If the user logs in at this moment and ina32 is configured to run at logon script, Is it possible that the OS doesn't give all the information to ina32 until it finishes loading. If so it is necesary to add an option to the deployment wizard, like a delay in minutes, before ina32 starts to audit.

Thanks.

I forgot a question mark here:

Is it possible that the OS doesn't give all the information to ina32 until it finishes loading?

Thanks.

Yes, on Win9x it is possible that ina32 cannot retrieve user information because of timing issues. In this case you should pass the username to ina32's /userid parameter, like
'ina32.exe /userid=%USERNAME%.' More information on the subject is found in the Getting Started guide.
