Change Requests submitted via the Web Portal

We have AN 5.3.0. Is there any way to allow users to submit change requests through the web portal?

Typically this is against ITIL best practices I think. Typically you'd have users submit issues or requests (incidents) and then have IT decide whether or not it should be a change request.

Then again we all have different environments. I'd suggest using the mail connector to create change requests if you need to have anyone do it. This way anyone can email a request. Downside is they can't view the status in the portal.
