Alloy 5 - Web Access Error

I have a user that can't seem to access the helpdesk website. Whenever she tries to acces she get the following error description.

"The user is not authorized. PLease check the user name and password or contact your system administrator."

Everyone else seems to be able to get to it without issue. When I check in Alloy user list, she is not set as active. I had set her as active in Alloy, but seems I'm missing something. Do I need to check in AD or where do I need to look also?

The error is typical for:

1. There is no Client account for the 'problem' user in Administrative Settings
2. The 'problem' user attempts to login using a Service account
3. The 'problem' user attempts to login using a Client account of a wrong authentication type.

If re-creating an account does not help, I recommend to contact Support (support@alloy-software.com).
