Defaults on Help Desk tickets

I'm looking to set a couple of default values on the Self Service portal but not sure if I'll have to bring in my web developer to get this going. Anyone know an easy way to do this in Alloy Navigator?

In admin settings check out service templates. They allow you to create a template for SSP incidents. Then see the portal options in admin settings to link the default incident template to the service template.

I updated the template and was able to set my default values. Thanks! Life is good.
