Visualizing problem!! in view "My Tickets"

I cant visualize in "My Tickets" view only my own ticket.

Ex. I have 10 "technician" users and only 3/10 can view they owns tickets in "My Tickets". (correct)
7/10 in "My Ticket" view, visualizing ALL "opened" tickets and not just they owns tickets. (incorrect)

How i can resolve this problem?

• My Tickets - shows the incidents, problems, change requests, and work orders that are assigned to you either directly or through your group membership
• All Tickets - shows all incidents, problems, change requests, and work orders in the database
