Hello,

we are trying to customize the web portal (v5.3). It is possible to remove /hide field from the selfservice new incident page?

Urgengy and Impact .

we don't want the end user see those two field.

We have specific documentation to show you how to remove those fields. Just contact support about it as we don't make those articles public due to the fact that it's not fully supported.

before ask the Support i woud wait that my customer buy the news licenses. At the moment i only eant know it is possible.
