Self Service

The Self Service webpage allows users to submit and track Incidents.

How can we enable the system to allow users to create/track Change Requests, Work Orders etc...?

It wasn't designed to handle ticket types other than incidents as those ticket types are for internal IT purposes and not for customers.

Can you modify it? Sure, it's asp and html.
