Tickets not shown in Ticket History

When viewing a ticket in the Web Portal if I open the 'Related CI', the ticket history tab does not show any tickets.

I just tested this and couldn't duplicate it. I used the technician's web portal, related a ci and opened the related ci record from the web portal. I saw that ticket on the ticket history tab. I'm using version 5.3
